Valley Project — Process Water Distribution and Treatment

The project involved the supply, installation, and turnkey commissioning of a complete process water distribution and treatment system.

The work carried out included:

• Distribution of municipal and treated incoming water to supply utilities as well as the brewery’s brewing and packaging processes, including:
• Backflow prevention devices;
• Pressure-reducing valves;
• Control and shut-off valves;
• Storage and retention tanks;
• Booster pumping stations;Distribution headers.

Treatment of incoming municipal water for utilities and brewery processes, including:

• Water softening;
• Chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) injection;
• Activated carbon filtration;
• UV disinfection.

Project highlights:

• Completion of work on schedule, as set by the client;
• Maintaining plant operations throughout all work using a temporary system fully independent of the existing installation.
